Generation Health is founded by a group of highly experienced health care executives:

Executive Committee

• Richard K. Schatzberg, Co-Founder, President and CEO, is a veteran of the pharmacy benefit management business, with a 20-year career with Medco Health Solutions involving a number of executive leadership responsibilities.
• David Brooks, Chief Medical Officer is responsible for the development and oversight of clinical genetic content, including the selection and translation-to-practice of genetic testing management programs. Prior to joining Generation Health, David was responsible for personalized oncology drug and companion diagnostic development in the biopharmaceutical industry, and the development of tailored therapies for genetic diseases for more than 4 years. Before joining industry, David practiced Medical Genetics and conducted human genetic disease research at University of Pennsylvania.
• Paul C. Suthern, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer is responsible for directing IT, operations, and finance activities. Paul is drawing on his thirty-five years of broad business experience leading and energizing start-up, turnaround, and growth initiatives for companies with globally-prominent brands within diverse industries.

• Troyen A. Brennan, M.D., M.P.H., is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of CVS Caremark Corporation.
• Robert Higgins, is Chairman of the Board and General Partner of Highland Capital Partners, one of the country's leading venture capital organizations with a strong history and commitment to innovation in health care and life sciences.
• Jeff Smith, is currently Vice President of Corporate Development at CVS Caremark Corporation. He is responsible for evaluating and pursuing business development opportunities, including acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
• Per Lofberg, is currently President of Caremark and a Co-Founder of Generation Health. Per was one of the creators and leaders of Medco Health Solutions, the country's leading pharmacy benefit management company.

	Generation Health's Mission Generation Health will work on behalf of payors to manage a systematic, comprehensive, and cost-effective process for the administration of genetic testing benefits to control clients' costs and improve members' health.
